CLOSED DATES: We are closed New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and
Christmas
Check-Out time is 10:00 am. Owners
who pick-up their pets by then are not charged for that day.
Animals groomed on the day of pickup are not charged for that
day’s boarding. If you
have arranged for someone other than yourself or your spouse to pick-up
your pets, please let us know at the time of drop-off. We will not release animals to anyone else without prior
approval of the owner. There is always someone at the kennel
during the day, but we are only open to the public during the posted
hours so we have time to take care of the guests.
After Hours:
There is a $35.00 additional fee for "out of hours" check in
or check out.

 DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
We
do require a $50.00 deposits to hold all
boarding reservations. We will
charge your credit card at the time the reservation is made. If
you change or cancel your reservation within the last five days before
boarding you will lose the deposit. If you cancel before then the
deposit will remain for your next reservation. If you do not have
a credit card you will need to provide a check or cash within 10
business days of the reservation.
Multiple
Pet Discounts Multiply
pets from one family are given a 5% discount. We also offer discounts for long-term (over 1 month) boarding.
Please enquire about special arrangements for long-term boarding
when making reservations. Payment is required at pick-up.
We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

* Bordertella - We require that vaccinations be every six months.
All vaccines must be current and
verified by documentation from your veterinarian.
Vaccines should be administered no less than 10 days prior to
boarding. You may have your veterinarian fax us a copy of your
pet's current records.
Feline Note: If your
cat is strictly indoors we only require that it test negative on the
Feline Leukemia, but if it is an indoor and outdoor cat, we need both a
negative Feline Leukemia test and a vaccine.

Pick UP & Delivery We charge $43.00 for pick up /
delivery. Please contact use directly for more information.
Feeding We supply
Hi-Tor Reduso Diet dog food. Redusso is a premium quality food
manufactured by Trimuph Pet Industries. It is a high fiber food
similar to Hill's W/D. We offer both wet and dry varieties of
Reduso.
Bedtime snacks
for the doggies are MilkBone dog biscuits.
You are welcome to send “treats?from home if you wish.
Food From Home
You are welcome to bring your pet’s regular food from home if
you wish. We
do understand that some pets are on special diets or special feeds.
If you are bringing your own food, please measure out the exact portions
and put it into zip-lock baggies with the pet's name on the bag.
Please do not bring large bags of dog food unless your pet is staying
with us for an extended period of time.
Kitties are provided with dry Avo cat food at all times and are given
wet food in the morning and the evening.
If you pet has any special dietary restrictions please let us know when
you bring your pet for boarding.
Bedding & Toys You are welcome to
bring bedding for your pet provided that it can be
laundered and bleached. We will provide comfy
bedding if you do no9t bring anything from home..
You are welcome to bring toys, or something that
smells like home, but please be aware that loss or
damage to these articles may occur.
Medications and Medical Care We
will administer oral and topical medications as
requested. We will administer certain
injection - allergy injection $1.50, and Sub-Q fluid
administration $2. Please check with us before hand
about our injection policy. There is a $1.00
charge for each administration of oral medication.
Please bring medications in the original container
and please insure that there is enough for your
pet's stay plus a few extra doses in case something
unexpected might occur.
Emergency
Please provide us with a number where you can be reached should
the need
arise. Should your pet require medical attention
while staying with us we use Pender Veterinary Clinic in Fairfax as our
emergency clinic.
