OFFICE HOURS (FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT)
Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 10:00 AM and 4:00 – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 – 10:00 AM
Sunday: 4:00 – 6:00 PM
NOTE: Our hours for check-in and check-out are offered within specific time frames. This allows us to focus our complete attention on all the animals in our care for the remainder of the day. If out-of-hours check-in or check-out is needed, this must be pre-approved by the Sisters and there is an $75 out-of-hours fee.
CLOSED DATES
Paws Awhile Pet Motel is closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. All animals will receive full care on these days, but there are no office hours.
We are only open 8:00 – 10:00 AM on New Year’s Eve, July 4th Eve, Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve so our Team can get home to be with their families.
CHECK-OUT TIME
BOARDING: Our check-out time is 10:00 AM. Pet parents who check-out their pets by 10:00 AM are not charged for that day.
DAYCARE: Our check-out time is between 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM. If you need to check-out before 2:30, please let us know at Check-in. Please call if you are going to be delayed past 6:00 PM.
If you have arranged for anyone to pick up your pet who is not on your approved list, you must let us know in advance. We will not release any pet to any unauthorized person without prior approval of the pet parent(s).
