OFFICE HOURS (FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT)
Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 10:00 AM and 4:00 – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 – 10:00 AM
Sunday: 4:00 – 6:00 PM
NOTE: Our hours for check-in and check-out are offered within specific time frames. This allows us to focus our complete attention on all the animals in our care. If out-of-hours check-in or check-out is needed, this must be pre-approved by the Sisters and there is a $65.00 out-of-hours fee.
Paws Awhile Pet Motel is closed on New Years Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas. All animals will receive full care on these days, but there are no office hours. We are open 8:00 – 10:00 AM only on New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve.
Our check-out time is 10:00 AM. Owners who check-out their pets by then are not charged for that day. If you have arranged for someone other than yourself or your spouse to pick up your pets, you must let us know at the time of check-in. We will not release any animals to anyone else without prior approval of the owner.
Paws Awhile’s well-known reputation for the highest level of pet care begins with our wonderful animal care givers. Our animal care providers are carefully screened and selected for the qualities you would want in a caregiver – a love of animals, a cheerful and compassionate attitude, and a thorough knowledge of the needs and care of pets. All of our staff members participate in continuing education experiences to enhance their skills. And each staff member has many years of experience taking care of lots and lots of different pets.
